• Podium is cleared of all Non-LSTS equipment/garbage  (surfaces, drawers and doors clean)
• Everything listed on touch panel is present in podium (no missing equipment)
• Mousepad help documents are present and in good shape
• Room Phone is present, mounted and working properly
• Touch panel clock is correct

Facilities items:

• Podium Cabinet Hardware is all working
  • locks, hinges, wings, doors, knobs, etc
• Projection screen(s) pull down properly
• No vandalism
• Nothing suspicious or odd is left in the room
• Window shades are working
• Heat/air conditioning systems are working properly
• Wall clock is correct
• recycling and garbage cans are present in the room

Sanity Check: If the university president was giving a presentation in this room would they be satisfied with the state of the room?
